Published
At the Warsaw edition of International Food Festival (Bracka 25, 14–15 November 2026) you'll meet nine festival characters, each representing a different kitchen. Here's a cheat sheet on where to start.
Asian street food
Dragon Emperor (Chinese Dragon) brings Chinese-American wok classics: General Tso's chicken, spicy honey chicken and Sichuan beef with its signature tingling pepper.
Noodle Ninja serves noodles straight from the wok — chicken chow mein, pad thai and gochujang beef. There's a vegan teriyaki too.
Dumplings & spring rolls
Dumpling Master and the Spring Roll Panda from Azja w Cieście have you covered: Japanese gyoza crisp on the bottom, Korean mandu, Cantonese har gow with shrimp and golden spring rolls. Perfect for sharing.

Hot churros
The Iberian Knight (Don Churros) fries Spanish churros to order — crisp outside, soft inside, rolled in sugar. Best eaten straight from the fryer.

Oriental sweets
The Sultan of Sweets and the Halva Janissary bring Turkish baklava straight from the tray, Turkish delight and halva.
Italy & chocolate
The Italian Nonna has crunchy cannoli and cream-filled aragostine, while the Chocolate Hero offers treats such as Dubai chocolate.
